You can purchase from our online store if your shipping address belongs to one of the following countries:

In the case that the Mint&Rose online store does not sell in your country, you can check our “Stockists” page, and find a store that sells Mint&Rose near you.
I am not sure which is my size. What should I do?
Each of our products are handmade so sizing may differ between each individual shoe, but we do our best to make sure each item fits as closely as possible.
If you are undecided between two sizes do not be shy and ask our team (firstname.lastname@example.org), we will be more than happy to assist you.

The products which are sold out on the website will be replaced again?
We restock items as soon as possible. You can insert your mail in the pop-up window above the product you want to buy and we will email you when we have received it.
Are the products Mint and Rose sells the same as they are pictured on the page?
Yes, but it must be kept in mind that our products are 100% handmade and because of that we consider each individual product to be unique.
What forms of payment does Mint and Rose accept?
We gladly accept payments via PayPal as well as all major credit and debit cards.
My payment is not processing, what could have happened?
This could be due to any of the following reasons:
- The credit card has expired. You should check the expiration date.
- The credit card limit could have been reached. Consult your bank for information about your credit card conditions.
- Some of the information could have been incorrectly typed. Be sure to double check everything.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free to anywhere in the USA. However, if you return the item shipping costs are not refundable.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you make the order earlier than 12pm CEST on a regular business day we will probably be able to have your order shipped out the same day. Although we cannot guarantee anything we estimate that your order can be delivered within 48 or 72 hours of business days. Check the tracking number provided in order to look the status of your order.
How can I track my order?
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation. When your order is mailed you will receive another email confirming that your package has been shipped and a tracking number. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
- We accept returns within 30 days after the purchase date for a refund or store credit on partial-priced orders deducting $18 of the shipping cost.
- “Sale” items are eligible for a return, but not for a refund. You will be able to get a store credit. Store credit will not be refunded. However, “Outlet” items are not eligible for a return, for a refund or a store credit.
- We will accept a return on products that are in new condition, unworn, free of damages, have all tags and original packaging materials.
- Purchases must be made directly at mintandrose.com. If your product was purchased at another retailer, it must be returned to the location where it was purchased.
- Requests for returns or exchanges after the 30 days’ period from your purchase date, will be politely declined.
How to proceed to make the return?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number, name, address and phone number. We will send you a return label by email as soon as we can. Within 7 days you will be refunded the corresponding amount, deducting $18 for return costs.
To return any item be sure to box up your items with the original packaging and paperwork using the label provided.
We do not offer direct exchanges now. If you want to exchange your products for a different size or style, you should make a return and purchase a new item at www.mintandrose.com.

When will I receive my refund?
When the item arrives to us we will check that it is in perfect condition and proceed to return your money within 14 days of its arrival to our office.
Remember that the payment to your Credit Card depends on your bank, and often takes about two days to appear in your account.
Can I receive periodic emails regarding Mint and Rose news and promotions?
Of course! Feel free to sign up with your email to receive emails regarding news, sales, promotions and new products.
