Shipping, exchanges and returns

Shipments

Spain (peninsula and Baleares) and Portugal

Shipping costs are FREE for orders over 30€.

For orders under 30 euros the shipping costs are 4 euros.

Your order will arrive within 48-72 working hours counting from the day after you place the order.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla contact care@mintandrose.com

Europe

Shipping is FREE for orders over 80 euros.

For orders under 80 euros the costs are 12 euros.

If there are customs charges, they will be assumed by the customer.

The period is between 3 and 5 working days, depending on the delivery address.

USA

Shipping is FREE for orders over 80 $.

For orders under 80 euros the costs are 12 $.

If there are customs charges, they will be assumed by the customer.

The period is between 3 and 5 working days, depending on the delivery address.

 

Special periods

During special sales periods (sales, outlet, Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.) shipping times may be increased up to 5 working days.

Customized products

The delivery time for our customized products with the monogramming service is:

  • Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday: will be shipped on the following Monday
  • Orders placed on Wednesday or Thursday: will be shipped on the following Tuesday
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday: will be shipped on the following Thursday.

 

Exchanges

Can I make an exchange?

Of course, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to exchange your size. Please note that the item must be in the same conditions in which you received it. 

The first online size exchange is FREE. Subsequent exchanges will cost 9€ (Spain) and 13,5€ (Europe) each. Exchanges are not allowed in the USA.

You can also make your exchanges for FREE in our stores in:

  • Calle Ayala, 26, Madrid
  • Calle Argensola, 15, Madrid
  • Calle Sorní, 7, Valencia, Spain
  • Calle Héroes de Alcántara S/N, Valladolid

Size exchanges and returns cannot be made in our corners in El Corte Inglés if you bought online or in one of our previously mentioned stores.

Customized products cannot be exchanged.

Conditions

You can change the size and/or color of the same item you purchased or make an exchange for another product of the same amount as the one you purchased.

Products in the "Premium Sale" or "Outlet" category can also be exchanged for another size by following the same procedure explained below. You have a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the delivery date. If the desired size is not available, a voucher will be generated with no expiration date for the full amount of the product.

Swimwear products must be returned with the hygiene seal intact and untouched.

If a size change is requested and the price has changed since purchase, this change will not be passed on to the customer: you will not pay more if the promotion has ended and you want to change your item, nor will we lower the price of the new item if the price is lower than the one you bought it for. 

Steps

Send an email to care@mintandrose.com with the subject: size change - order reference and the following information (you can find it in the order confirmation email):

  • Name of the person who placed the order
  • Order reference
  • Email
  • Product to be returned
  • New size desired
  • 4-hour timeslot to pick up the product in the delivery address

Conditions in Spain

We will process the exchange within 24-72 hours of your request. You will receive an email with the estimated exchange date. Just wrap your package in a bag without logos or in the same bag it arrived. As soon as the carrier picks up your parcel, they will deliver you the new one.

Conditions in Europe

We will process your exchange within 24-72 hours of your request. Please wrap the parcel and stick the attached shipping label we will send when confirming the size change (except Portugal *). The carrier will pick up your package and, as soon as it arrives at our warehouse, we will send you the new pair.

(*) The courier will carry the label in Portugal, you don't need to print it out.

USA

To make an exchange you should process a return and place a new order.

 

Returns

Can I request a return?

Of course! The item must be returned within a maximum of 30 days from the delivery date and in the same conditions in which you received it.

Returns can be made online, in-store or through your own courier company.

  1. If you decide to choose your own courier company, assuming the shipping costs, the return is free of charge and we will make the full refund of the product (not the shipping costs of the order).  Write an email to returns@mintandrose.com explaining you'll send your parcel with the reference of your order and why you return your product (this will help us to improve) and send your parcel to the following shipping address: C/Pilar Miró 3, Parcela 18, 47008, Valladolid (except for orders from the USA). The courier chosen by the clien would be responsible in case there are any issues with the delivery or the parcel.
  2. You can also make your returns for FREE in our stores in:
  • Calle Ayala, 26, Madrid

  • Calle Sorní, 7, Valencia

3. Online return costs are as follows:

Spain and Portugal

  • Return in a voucher: free of charge
  • Return in a refund of money:
    • Free: if you keep at least half of your order.
    • 9€: if you return up to 2 items. For each item after the second one, an extra 5€ will be charged.

Europe

  • Free: if you keep at least half of your order.
  • 13,5€: if you return up to 2 items. Each additional item will be charged 5€.

USA

  • Free: if you keep at least half of your order.
  • 18$: if you return up to 2 items. For each additional item $5.00 will be charged.

Conditions

We do not accept returns of worn or damaged products caused by improper use of the product.

Products in the "Premium Sale" and "Outlet" categories will be returned in a voucher for the corresponding amount. 

Products customized with our monogramming service are not eligible for return.

The returned item must be in the same conditions in which you received it. 

If you choose to return in a voucher code, the voucher will not expire and can be used for future purchases. Please note that if you apply this voucher to a new order and subsequently request a refund, this will be made in the form of a voucher up to the maximum amount of the initial voucher and, if this does not cover the amount to be returned, the difference will be refunded.

Swimwear products must be returned with the hygiene seal intact and untouched. If this is not fulfilled we will not be able to process the return. When returning a bikini, both parts (bikini bottoms and top) must be returned, it is not possible to return only one of these parts.

Returns of orders paid with a gift card will be made in another gift card (or increasing the balance of a gift card you prevously had).

Regardless of the type of return, when exceeding 5 returns in a period of 3 months, the purchase and return commissions will be deducted from the amount to be returned.

  1. Wrap the package in a carrier bag without logos or in the same one you received it in.
  2. Then send an email to returns@mintandrose.com with the subject: Return - order reference number and the following information (you can find it in the confirmation email):
    • Order reference
    • Complete pick-up address if different from the delivery address (street and floor, city and zip code).
    • Returned item(s) (model and size).
    • Type of return:
      • a) Refund of the full amount in the form of a voucher.
      • b) Refund of the amount paid, deducting return costs.
    • Reason for return
    • Phone number
    • 4-hour timeslot to pick up the product in the delivery address

As soon as we receive the package, we will proceed to make the corresponding procedures. If you have chosen the refund, you will receive the amount corresponding to the refund (deducting the relevant return costs) in the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund may take a maximum of 7 working days to be effective since we receive the package in our warehouses. In case you have chosen the return in the form of a voucher, you will receive an email with the code of your voucher as soon as we receive the returned product in our warehouse.

Europe

  1. Wrap your package in a carrier bag without logos or in the same bag you received it in.
  2. Then send an email to returns@mintandrose.com with the subject: Return - order reference number and the following information (you can find it in the confirmation email):
    • Order reference
    • Complete pick-up address if different from the delivery address (street and floor, city and zip code)
    • Returned item(s) (model and size)
    • Reason for return
    • Phone number 
    • Pick-up time with a two-hour margin

We will send you an email with the return label confirming the pick-up. Please print the label and stick it on the package.

As soon as we receive the parcel, we will proceed to make the corresponding procedures. The refund may take a maximum of 7 working days to be effective from the moment we receive the package in our warehouse. 

USA

  1. Wrap your package in a carrier bag without logos or in the same bag you received it in.
  2. Then send an email to returns@mintandrose.com with the subject: Return - order reference number and the following information (you can find it in the confirmation email):
    • Order reference
    • Complete pick-up address if different from the delivery address (street and floor, city and zip code)
    • Returned item(s) (model and size)
    • Reason for return
    • Phone number 
    • Pick-up time with a two-hour margin

When the pickup request is done you will receive an email with the return label that you will have to stick on the package and drop off at the nearest FedEx location. 

As soon as we receive the parcel, we will proceed to make the corresponding procedures. The refund may take a maximum of 7 working days to be effective from the moment we receive the package in our warehouse.
