Shipping and delivery

Spain (mainland) and Portugal.
  • Your order will be delivered in 48-72 working hours since the day after the purchase.
  • Deliveries are free of charge in orders above 30 euros.
*Outlet products will have an additional shipping cost of 4 euros in orders below 80 euros.
*Shipping times may increase in sale periods.
 
 
Europe:
  • Depending on the country of destination, the delivery period is from 2 to 5 days.
  • Deliveries are free of charge in orders above 80 euros.
  • Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer.
Special periods
In special sales periods (sale, outlet, promotions…) shipping times may increase 1-5 working days.
Customized products
Please allow 3 extra days for products that have been customized with our monogramming service.
 

Exchanges

Can I exchange my items?
Of course! The first size or color exchange is FREE. 
 
Conditions:
 
  • Requests for exchanges must be made within 30 natural days from the shipment of the order. Please remember that items must be returned in the same conditions as they were delivered. Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • If the size required is not available, you will get a voucher for the full amount with no expiration date. In case of requesting a refund, € 5 will be deducted for management fees.
  • You can also exchange items included in the "Premium Sales" or "Outlet" sections. You have 15 days from the shipping date of your order to exchange your purchase. However, if your size is not in stock, you will get a voucher code for the corresponding amount that does not expire.
  • The products of the Swimwear section must be returned with the hygiene seal without manipulation, if this is not fulfilled we will not be able to change the size.
  • If a size change is requested and the price has changed since your purchase, we won't do the price change: you won't pay more if the promotion has ended and you want to change your item, nor will we lower the price of the new item if the price is lower than the one you bought.  
Instructions:
Send an email to care@mintandrose.com with your order number as the subject and including the following information (you could find it in the order´s confirmation):
  • Name of the person who made the order
  • Reference number
  • Email
  • Returned product and size
  • New size desired
 
SPAIN
We will arrange the shipment of the new size on the following days. You will receive an email indicating the day the new pair will be delivered. When the carrier arrives, you need to give him the package you want to return and he will deliver you the new size.
 
 
REST OF EUROPE
We will process your exchange request within 24-72 hours. Prepare your order and stick on it the shipping label you'll receive when we confirm your exchange (in Portugal you won't need to stick any return label). A carrier will collect your package (in 24-72hs) and as soon as it arrives at our warehouse, we will send you the new pair.

Returns

Can I return my items?
 
Of course! Requests for returns must be made within 30 natural days from the shipment of the order. You will get your refund in about 14 days though the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Please remember that items must be returned in the same conditions as they were delivered. Items included in the "Premium Sale" or "Outlet" sections and customized products cannot be returned. 
 
If the refund is made in a voucher, it will not expire and can be used in future purchases. Please note that if you apply this voucher to a new order and subsequently request a return, this will be made in a voucher up to the maximum amount of the initial voucher and, if this does not cover the amount of the product returned, the difference will be refunded. 

The products of the Swimwear section must be returned with the hygiene seal without manipulation, if this is not fulfilled we will not be able to refund the amount of the product. If you want to return the bikini, you should return both parts (top and bottom). Individual item returns are not accepted.

FREE if you choose to receive a voucher code

  • I return up to 2 items: The return costs will be 9€/order.
  • I return more than 2 items: The return costs will be 9€/order for the two first items and 5€ per additional item.

Rest of Europe:

  • I return up to 2 items: The return costs will be 13,50€/order.
  • I return more than 2 items: The return costs will be 13,50€/order for the two first items and 5€ per additional item.
*I will take care of shipping the parcel back to you FREE. REMEMBER, you must write that you took care of it yourself in the card inside the package.   • Inside the package you will find a card with the instructions to make the return. Please, fill in the card and put it inside the package.
  • Then, please, send an email to returns@mintandrose.com with your order number as the subject and including the following information (you could find it in the order´s confirmation)

              a) Return of total amount paid in a vouched code

  • We will arrange the collection and send you an email with the day that the courier will collect the package.
  • As soon as we receive the package, we will process your request and, depending on your selection, either send the voucher code or refund, deducting the return costs.

  • When the collection request is made, you will receive an email with further information for the pick up and he return label you have to stick on your parcel.
  • As soon as we receive the items in our offices, we will process the refund, deducting the return costs.
