How to make an exchange

You can make your exchange in any of the following ways:

When the request is processed you will receive the label in your email.

Once we receive the product we will send the new one. The exchange process usually takes about 5-7 working days after the product to be returned has been shipped.

The platform will show you the possibilities to deliver your package depending on your address (delivery points or home pick up) and the associated cost.

Conditions

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to make an exchange. Please note that the item must be in the same condition you received.

The first online exchange is FREE. The following ones will have a cost of 9€.

You can change the size and/or color of the same item you purchased or make an exchange for another product of the same amount as the amount you paid.

  • Swimwear products must be returned with the hygiene seal intact.
  • mint&rose will not be responsible for any damage caused by the non-removal of the protective plastic covering the sole of the footwear.
  • If you request a size change and the price has changed since your purchase, this change will not affect the customer: you will not pay more if the promotion is over and you want to change your item, nor will we lower the price of the new item if the price is lower than the one you bought. 
  • We cannot make exchanges or returns in our corners in El Corte Inglés of online purchases or made in any of the mint&rose stores.
  • Customized products cannot be exchanged.

Return methods

If you keep at least half of your order, the return with our shipping company is FREE.

The return can be made with any of the following 3 methods:

1. If you decide to hire your courier, assuming the delivery costs, we will refund the total amount of the order once the product arrives at our warehouse (except for the shipping costs that you would have paid in the original order). Please write us an email to returns@mintandrose.com indicating that you will make a return, the reference of your order and the reason for the return. The company chosen by the customer will be responsible for any incident in the shipment or package.

2. If you prefer to send your package with our own courier, you can access the following link and choose (except Outlet) between:

-Return in voucher with no expiration date, choosing between pickup at the address you indicate or dropping off your package at a post office. Outlet orders will only have this option.

-Refund. This option won't be available for outlet orders. Choose between:

  • Drop off your package at a post office, at a cost of 3,99€* (4,99€* in Balearic Islands). Free if you keep at least half of your order.
  • Pickup at the address you specify, with a cost of €4.99* (€5.99* in Balearic Islands). Free if you keep at least half of your order.

*The price shown on the platform corresponds to the return of one product. It may vary:

  • If you keep at least half of your order, the return is FREE
  • From the second product, the costs will be increased by 1 € per additional product. For example, if you return two pairs it would be 4,99€ (5,99€ in Balearic Islands) leaving the products at the post office or 5,99€ (6,99€ in Balearic Islands) with pick up.

Returns

How to make an exchange

Send an email to returns@mintandrose.com indicating your order reference, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will process your return within a maximum of 48 business hours and send you the FedEx return label. You will need to affix it to the package and drop it off at the nearest FedEx point. As soon as we receive the package, we will proceed with the necessary arrangements. The refund may take up to 7 days to be effective from the date we receive the package in our warehouses.

Handling fees will be deducted from the returned product amount and will be €9.99 for returns up to 2 kg. If the parcel weight is greater, then the cost would be €19.99€. If there are customs-related expenses, they will be borne by the customer.

Conditions

The item must be returned within a maximum of 30 days from the delivery date, and in the same condition as you received it.

Products purchased from 11/22/23 to 12/09/23 can be returned until 01/10/24. If the customer rejects the order at the time of delivery, a return fee of €13.50 will be charged.

Note that if you use this voucher in a new order and later request a return, it will be processed in the form of a voucher up to the maximum amount of the initial voucher. If it does not cover the refund amount, the difference will be refunded.
  • Bathroom section products must be returned with the unopened hygiene seal; otherwise, we cannot process the product refund. When returning a bikini, both parts (bottom and top) must be included; returns of only one part will not be accepted.
  • Returns of orders paid with a gift card will be refunded onto another gift card (or the balance on your existing gift card will be increased).
  • Online returns for purchases made in physical stores are not accepted.
