The shipping time for our personalized products with the monogramming service is as follows:
- Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday: shipped the following Monday
- Orders placed on Wednesday or Thursday: shipped the following Tuesday
- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday: shipped the following Thursday
Orders are prepared the following working day (Monday to Friday, no bank holidays in Castilla y León or Valladolid), except those placed before 13:00 hours with 24 hour shipping, which will be prepared the same day.
Shipments to Canarias will be handled via email by writing to care@mintandrose.com.
Deliveries
- Standard: 2-4 working days. Cost: free for orders containing products over 30€* (once codes and discounts are applied). Otherwise, 4€.
- 24 hours: The next working day (M-F)* if the order is placed before 13:00 hours. In two working days (M-F) if the order is placed after 13:00 hours. Cost: 3,99€. Orders placed before 1 p.m. on a Friday will be delivered the next working day (M-F). *Orders to the Baleares will be delivered within 3 working days if this option is selected.

How to make an exchange?
You can make your exchange in any of the following ways:

Once we receive the product we will send the new one. The exchange process usually takes about 5-7 working days after the product to be returned has been shipped.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to make an exchange. Please note that the item must be in the same condition you received.
The first online exchange is FREE. The following ones will have a cost of 9€.

- mint&rose will not be responsible for any damage caused by the non-removal of the protective plastic covering the sole of the footwear.
- If you request a size change and the price has changed since your purchase, this change will not affect the customer: you will not pay more if the promotion is over and you want to change your item, nor will we lower the price of the new item if the price is lower than the one you bought.
- We cannot make exchanges or returns in our corners in El Corte Inglés of online purchases or made in any of the mint&rose stores.
- Customized products cannot be exchanged.
Returns
Returns Methods
If you keep at least half of your order, the return with our transport company is FREE (even if the return platform indicates otherwise).
The return can be made with any of the following 3 methods:
1. FREE Return. If you decide to hire your own transport company, assuming the costs of that company, the full amount of the order will be refunded once the product arrives at our facilities. Write us an email to returns@mintandrose.com indicating that you are going to make a return, your order reference and the reason for the return. The transport company chosen by the customer will be responsible for any incident in the shipment or the package.

2. If you prefer to send your package with our own transport company, you can access the following link and choose (except in Outlet) between:
- Return in the form of a voucher without expiration, selecting between pick up at the address you indicate or drop off your package at a post office. Outlet returns will be made in the form of a voucher.
- Refund.
- Drop off your package at a post office, with a cost of 3,99€* (5.5€* in Baleares). Free if you keep at least half of your order.
- Pick up the package at the address you indicate, with a cost of 5,99€* (6.5€* in Baleares). Free if you keep at least half of your order.
*The price shown on the platform corresponds to the return of one product. It may vary:
- If you keep at least half of your order, the return is FREE despite indicating that it has a cost.
- From the second product, handling costs will be increased by 1€ per additional product. For example, if you return two pairs it would be 4,99€ (6.5€ in Baleares) dropping the products off at the post office or 6,99€ (7.5€ in Baleares) with collection.

As soon as we receive the package, we will proceed to carry out the relevant procedures.
If you have chosen the refund of the amount, you will receive the amount corresponding to the return (deducting the relevant return costs) in the same payment method used in the purchase.
The refund may take 5-7 working days to be effective from when we receive the package in our warehouses. You will receive an email confirming the refund once it has been processed.
If you have chosen the return in thOrders placed during the Black Friday promotion have an extended exchange and return period until January 11, 2026.e form of a voucher, you will receive an email with your voucher code as soon as we receive the returned product in our warehouse.
General Conditions

- If the product has no manufacturing defect, mint&rose will not be responsible if one of its products is not comfortable or causes any damage, as the customer has 30 days to return the product before use.
- If a return is made in the form of a voucher, it will not have an expiration date and can be used in future purchases. Please note that if you apply this voucher to a new order and subsequently request a return, it will be made in the form of a voucher up to the maximum amount of the initial voucher and, if this does not cover the amount to be refunded, with the refund of the difference.
- Swimwear products must be returned with the hygiene seal intact, if this is not complied with we will not be able to refund the amount of the product. When returning a bikini, both parts (bottom and top) must be presented, it is not possible to return only one of the parts.
- Online returns of purchases made in physical stores or in our corners in El Corte Inglés are not accepted.

Return methods
Write an email to returns@mintandrose.com indicating your order reference, the product you wish to return, and the reason. We will process your request within 48 working hours and send you a return label. You must stick it on the package and drop it off at the nearest delivery point.
As soon as we receive the parcel, we will proceed with the necessary procedures. The refund may take 5-7 business days to be effective from the moment we receive the package in our warehouses.
- Handling fees of 55.99€ will be deducted from the returned product's amount.
- Any customs charges derived from the return will be paid by the customer.
