Bags
Spain is renowned for its mastery in leather processing. Traveling around the country, we discovered authentic “Made in Spain” high-end leather goods.
At mint&rose, we passionately embrace the authenticity of artisanal and local production in our factories. Each bag tells a captivating story, full of value and unmatched quality in both raw materials and processes.
Some of these stages include the leather section, cutting by hand, using the patacabra (a wooden tool for treating leather by beating it), sewing each piece by machine, and polishing, among others.
On this day, we decided to discover the artisanal manufacturing process from start to finish of our iconic Positano Leather bag. But we are eager to return and learn the secrets of the rest of the process. We will definitely be back.
Espadrilles
In this town in Murcia, the center of jute production in Spain, mint&rose has been manufacturing its espadrille collections for over six years. Known as “the golden fiber,” natural jute is 100% biodegradable and recyclable, making it harmless to the environment.
Our factory handcrafts different models designed based on a Mediterranean lifestyle and subsequently adapted to urban life.
With the experience of our artisans, precision, and care taken with every step of the manufacturing process, we realized the value of each of the final products that leave the factory. There we met local workers with more than 40 years of experience in the profession.
Shoes
With more than 60 years of experience in the footwear industry, our shoe factory in Elda is home to “Made in Spain” craftsmanship that embodies dedication, care, and the perfection of a job well done. The secret behind each of our shoes is each and every person involved in their manufacture.
To perfect our product, we decided to uncover the manufacturing secrets of our now iconic Sol Negro Hebilla boot. We want our products to be durable, which is why we have been working for years with the factory that best meets our needs, where we find skilled craftsmen and the highest quality leather for our footwear.
