INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES IN CASTILLA Y LEÓN - TexWorld Paris Project September 2025

The main objective is to expand the international network of suppliers and explore new raw materials and innovative fabrics to incorporate into future product lines. This will ensure a more competitive product offering, with greater added value and adapted to global trends in the sector, thereby reinforcing the international growth strategy and positioning of the brand in new markets.

EUROPEAN DEVELOPMENT FUNDS
MINT AND ROSE has been awarded a grant from the “Incorporation of ICTs in SMEs” program of the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castile and León (ICE). The project aimed to improve and establish a more appropriate, up-to-date, and functional e-commerce platform, seeking to meet the following objectives:
Unify information and business processes under a single flexible and dynamic platform.
Provide greater reliability and security in operations with our customers.
Connect with other electronic systems within the company.
Delocalize customers.
The project concluded with the successful implementation of the Prestashop 1.7 e-commerce platform in the company to improve competitiveness and online sales. This action means that the company now has a new, updated e-commerce platform, collecting information derived from the purchases of its customers and website visitors through a single platform that is secure for its customers and connected to other company systems such as the management or warehouse system, allowing control over visits and confirming an increase in visitors from other countries.
The implementation of this project has been made possible thanks to the strategy of the Autonomous Community of Castile and León which, through the Institute for Business Competitiveness, manages the European Development Funds (ERDF) to support investments by companies directly linked to R&D&I.
INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION MINT&ROSE
MINT AND ROSE has been awarded a grant from the “Incorporation of ICTs in SMEs” program of the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castile and León (ICE), for the “Mint&Rose Digitization” project, file number 06/18/VA/0084.
The project sought to digitize the warehouse, providing a reliable and up-to-date inventory based on orders placed, fulfilling these specific objectives:
- Analysis of needs and possible gaps
- Implementation of Odoo v13 enterprise edition
- Familiarization with the use of all Odoo modules
- Centralization of Mint&Rose's business management in a single tool
- Optimizing the management and integration of all company processes
- Promoting the expansion of Mint&Rose by having complete control over its processes
The project concluded with the successful implementation of the Odoo tool in the company to improve warehouse management. This action means that the company now has a digitized warehouse with automatic stock updates and a direct connection to e-commerce, thus optimizing sales management and analysis.
The implementation of this project has been made possible thanks to the strategy of the Autonomous Community of Castile and León which, through the Institute for Business Competitiveness, manages the European Development Funds (ERDF) to support investments by companies directly linked to R&D&I.
INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION MINT&ROSE
MINT&ROSE is a beneficiary of the SME International Expansion Grant Program, Call for Proposals by the Institute for Business Competitiveness of Castile and León, file number 08/18/VA/0506.
The objective of the project was to continue with actions to penetrate the North American market, specifically in New York and Miami (United States). This objective would be achieved by participating in the September NY 2022 Spring 2023 trade fairs between September 16, 2022, and September 18, 2022, and CABANA MIAMI BEACH between July 16, 2022, and July 18, 2022.
The result of the actions carried out, thanks to the support of the European Union and its European Regional Development Fund, has been an increase in international sales, especially in the United States.
